  • Dear Walker Key Owners,

    This letter is to formally notify you that asphalt repair work within the Walker Key community is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, February 18th, weather permitting.

    The work will be completed in phases to minimize disruption and will follow the attached site map, which outlines the daily work areas by color. The anticipated schedule is as follows:

    Wednesday – Day 1 (Pink)

    • East side of Walker Key Boulevard

    • From the main gate to the front of Building F

    Thursday – Day 2 (Blue)

    • West side of Walker Key Boulevard

    • North side of White Marlin, Blue Marlin, and Sailfish

    • Area behind Building G

    Friday – Day 3 (Yellow)

    • South side of White Marlin, Blue Marlin, and Sailfish

    • Area behind Building G

    • West side of Walker Key Boulevard

    Work will pause over the weekend and is expected to resume the following Monday, weather permitting.

    Monday – Day 4 (Green)

    • West side of the roadway following right toward Buildings A, B, and C

    • East side of the roadway in front of Building F extending toward the pool

    Tuesday – Day 5 (Purple)

    • In front of Buildings C, D, and F

    Wednesday – Day 6 (Striping)

    • Final striping throughout completed areas

    Please be advised that Days 1, 2, and 3 are scheduled for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with Days 4, 5, and 6 anticipated to occur the following week, subject to weather conditions.

    During this work, access and parking to individual units may be temporarily blocked. Owners and residents may be required to park away from their unit while work is actively being performed in their area. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and follow all posted signage and on-site instructions for safety.

    We appreciate your patience and cooperation as the Association completes this necessary maintenance to improve the community’s roadways. Additional updates will be provided should there be any changes to the schedule.

    We will do our very best to notify owners of any noise, work, or closure required work. 

  • If you are a guest or renter of a unit you must be sure to get a parking pass from the owner of the unit. The parking pass must be visible through the front windshield. 
  • To gain access to the front gate as a guest or renter you must contact the owner of the property to either have them provide you access during the hours the gate is closed or to receive a remote that would then need to be given back to the owner at the end of your stay. There are no temporary keycodes to be given to guests.
  • PLEASE DO NOT PARK BETWEEN BUILDINGS A & B. PARKING HERE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR UNITS B01 & B02 TO COME AND GO FROM THEIR UNIT. A SIGN IN THIS AREA STATES THAT VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. 
  • DO NOT PARK IN SOMEONE ELSE'S ASSIGNED PARKING, BLOCK OTHERS IN, OR OBSTRUCT THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE.
  • 30-day minimum rentals on the Walker Key property.
