Can I purchase an additional parking pass?

Each unit on the property is allowed (2) parking spots at a time.  Additional parking passes may not be available during peak seasons.  You will need to reach out to your rental property management for special requests.  There is also overflow parking available at https://www.orangebeachal.gov/1567/Overflow-Parking

 

How do I enter my vehicle details if it’s a rental car?

When registering your vehicle, you can select “Pay now and enter vehicle details later”. This allows you to pay for your parking pass and return to the same link in the future to enter your rental car make, model, and tag before you arrive. You will need to make sure to fill in these details to register and get a digital parking permit.

 

I don’t see my vehicle model. What do I do?

If you do not see your vehicle model in the dropdown, simply choose “Other / Not Listed” at the bottom of the dropdown for the vehicle make. The most important thing is to enter your license plate and state correctly to register your vehicle.

 

My parking pass arrival and departure dates are not correct. How do I get it fixed?

You need to reach out to your rental company or host who can update your parking pass stay dates for you.

 

I need to cancel my trip and have already paid for parking. What do I do?

If your rental company or host cancelled your reservation, any funds paid for parking passes will be auto-refunded back to your original source of payment. If not, you will need to reach out to your rental company or host and let them know they need to cancel your parking reservation, as well.

 

How do renters register their boats?

Renters pay $20/day, $100/week, and $300/month - if available. They will get a pass to tape to the trailer from the association management. There are eight allocated spots for OWNERS ONLY from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend- first-come, first-served.  Please be sure to follow all rules and regulations. 

 

I have a parking violation card on my car.  What do I need to do?

You need to register your vehicle immediately to avoid your car being towed or immobilized.  Guests can register their vehicle by scanning the QR code on parking lot signs or visiting the guest portal at https://gc.vrpaccess.com.  If you are an owner, you can fill out a temporary registration at https://gc.vrpsdev.com/violations/, but you will need to set up your owner portal account to permanently register your vehicles.  If you have not set up an account, reach out to WAVES for account access.

VRPS Parking

 

VRPAccess is the parking management system for owners and guests at the Grand Caribbean.  This system is a digital permit system that requires you to register your owner and guest vehicles for parking authorizations. This can be easily done in your owner portal account at https://gc.vrpaccess.com/owners. You will also use the owner portal to register for family and friends parking permits.   If you did not receive an email to set up your account, please reach out to ownersupport@vrpsinc.com

 

SHOULD YOU OR YOUR GUEST GET BOOTED- DO NOT CALL WAVES. PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER ON THE VIOLATION NOTICES OR 251-402-6373 OR 251-581-3304 (they can not assist you with registration, just the removal of the boot)
