Q. My home is for sale, and I need my agent to be able to show the clubhouse. How do I go about getting this done?
A. When listing your home for sale, please have the Real estate agent contact Lynda Wood with Waves to get an access code to the clubhouse. Access for listing agents will be limited from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day of the week. If other agents show your home for sale, the listing agent will need to call Lynda for the clubhouse access code.Their access will be limited to when they are scheduled to show your home.
Closing/Dues Request Transfer Fee is $200.00, payable to Waves Association Management, LLC.
*There is a $15.00 fee for credit card payments, and the party holding the card is the party to whom the invoice must be sent. Please email JessicaS@wavesassocmgmt.com for an invoice. Include the building name/unit number, as well as the party seeking the request for the property, before emailing the manager.
