Guest Registration For Gate Operations

There is NO ONSITE PICKUP FOR CODES OR REGISTRATION! Entry Codes will arrive via Email / Text Message. Be sure to enter correct guest email address and phone number. CLINK ON LINK BELOW FOR GUEST REGISTRATION. 

Guest Registration For Gate Access

Wind Drift Guests must register for their stay. Upon completing registration you will receive your guest pass & entry code for your stay via email / text message. Cant find it? (Search "MYQ" in your Email/Text) Use this entry code at your Wind Drift entry gates kiosk for parking access. Do not share your personalized entry code with anyone. Wind Drift reserves the right to deactivate any entry code at anytime if believed to be misused in anyway at anytime.

When registering be sure complete & correct email address and phone number are provided. Credentials will be delivered directly to the guest email / phone.

Parking

Each unit is permitted (2) vehicles maximum per stay. Guest registration is (1) per vehicle. Unregistered vehicles will towed at the owners expense. Guest registration is valid for max (7) days. Longer stays will be required to re-register.

Guests should register before they arrive to avoid unnecessary inconveniences. Be sure your guests specify north or south tower. South towers overflow parking is located at the North tower across the street. South tower tenants entry codes will provide access to both North & South tower entry gates smart touch screen keypads. Each registered guest code will allow them 24/7 access to Wind Drift. Wind Drift reserves the right to deactivate any vendor / registered guests entry code at anytime if believed to be misused or abused in anyway. Vendors & Vendors guests can be held responsible for any damage(s) to Wind Drift Property.

Rental Managers and VRBO Registering Guests - Be sure to enter the correct email address & phone number of your guest to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences. Wind Drift permits vendors on site 7 days a week 8am-5pm vendor codes do not work outside these hours, do not share them with your guests to avoid unnecessary inconveniences.

When registering your guest be sure to use guest correct and complete phone number and email address to insure timely delivery and unnecessary inconveniences. Guests entry code become active 8am day of check in and deactivate 12pm day of check out. Guest registration max duration of (7) Days. Guests staying longer then 7 days are required to re-register or change quantity to suit.

Over Flow Parking

South towers over flow parking is located at the North Tower across the street. North tower guest entry code will not allow vehicular access at the south tower. South tower guests entry code will work both N. & S. towers entry gate keypads.

Bringing a Boat?

Be sure to contact Wind Drift office during normal business hours, Mon - Fri. 8 am - 4 pm (CST) to register your boat. GUEST BOAT REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE A MNIMIMUN OF 7 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. CLINK ON THE LINK BELOW TO ACCESS THE GUEST BOAT REGISTRATION FORMS AND LIABILITY WAIVER.

Access to the boat yard requires an additional credential for access.

 

Vendors & Vendors Guest can be held responsible for any damage to Wind Drift Gates or Property. Wind Drift reserves the right to tow any unregistered vehicle at the owners expense.

 

Pick up at office is for rfid tag replacement applications.

All Wind Drift vendors are a valued integral part to the success of keeping our property beautiful for all to enjoy. We thank you for your dedication and support to Wind Drift Condominiums!

Vendor Access Registration Link

Each vendor will receive an entry code for maintenance & cleaning services. Please complete all fields accurately & completely. Entry codes will be emailed. Vendor shall use this entry code for all representing personal servicing Wind Drift Property.

Vendor Access Permitted 7 Days a week 8am-5pm. The code you receive will only work 8am-5pm. Do not share this code with short term renters it will not allow them access after 5PM.

 

After Hours Emergency by appointment only. Use "Directory" on touch screen keypad to search the unit number. Click on the unit number to begin call. Contact for unit will answer the phone verify guest and press 9 on their phone to open gate.
